All products are custom-made and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue. If the purchased nails have not been used, you can return them within 14 days. Return procedure:

After confirming that the product has not been used and is not damaged, the amount will be refunded to your payment account.
If a nail piece is lost, please contact customer service for the price of a single piece. Fingerbook will ship the product within 2 days after receiving payment.

Regarding product images: We try to provide the most accurate description, but due to differences in lighting and monitors, there may be slight color deviations. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.
